Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Deposits & Reservations

A 50% deposit reserves a piece from the Collection or books a commission slot. Deposits are non-refundable once a commission begins, as they reserve dedicated studio time and materials. The remaining 50% balance is invoiced separately and due upon completion, before delivery or installation.

Delivery & Installation

Delivery and installation fees are quoted separately from the artwork price and are not included in the listed piece price. Within Ottawa, delivery and installation for commissioned pieces is included as noted at the time of commission; for pieces reserved from the Collection, delivery and installation typically ranges from $300–800 CAD depending on access, floor count, and wall preparation required, and is confirmed at reservation. Outside the Ottawa area, delivery and installation is quoted individually based on distance and site conditions.

Timeline

Available pieces from the Collection are typically delivered within a few weeks of reservation, coordinated around installation scheduling. Custom commissions take several weeks from deposit to completion, depending on scale and current studio capacity — an estimated timeline is confirmed during consultation.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is an original, one-of-a-kind work, sales are final once a piece is delivered and installed. If a piece arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange an assessment and remedy with our delivery partner.

Care & Handling

Pieces are built on canvas-mounted ACM panels for durability and resistance to warping. Avoid direct, prolonged sunlight and high-humidity locations to preserve colour and surface finish over time. Specific care instructions are provided at delivery.
